TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using the parking facilities provided by Fateh Truck Repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Parking Lot

  • This parking agreement grants you a revocable license to park your truck and/or trailer on our premises.

  • Parking is available only to registered drivers/owners who have completed this form and received written approval.

  • Parking is granted at the discretion of Fateh Truck Repair and may be revoked at any time for failure to comply with these terms.

2. Liability & Indemnification

  • Fateh Truck Repair is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, fire, vandalism, or acts of God affecting your vehicle or trailer while parked on our property.

  • You park at your own risk and agree to hold Fateh Truck Repair, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the lot.

3. Insurance Requirements

  • All vehicles and trailers must be insured, and valid proof of insurance must be provided upon registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date insurance coverage throughout the duration of your parking.

4. Safety & Conduct

  • No idling longer than 15 minutes.

  • No storing or transporting hazardous materials unless disclosed and approved in advance.

  • You must ensure that no fluid leaks, mechanical issues, or trash is left behind. Any cleanup costs may be charged to you.

  • No unauthorized repairs, welding, or fueling is allowed on-site.

5. Payment, Late Fees & Vehicle Removal

  • Parking fees are due in advance based on the selected duration (daily, weekly, or monthly).

  • A $50 per day late fee will apply for any unpaid parking beyond the due date.

  • If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, your truck or trailer may be removed or towed at your expense, without further notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for early removal of the vehicle.

6. Abandoned Vehicles

  • Vehicles or trailers left unpaid or unclaimed for more than 14 days beyond the registered period may be considered abandoned.

  • Fateh Truck Repair reserves the right to tow or impound such property in accordance with California law (CVC §22658).

7. Compliance with Laws

  • You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations while using the lot.

  • Any illegal activity on the premises may result in immediate termination of this agreement and notification to authorities.

8. Changes & Updates

  • Fateh Truck Repair reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with or without notice. Updated terms will be posted at the location or sent via email.
